Pevonia.com orders are processed & shipped Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Eastern Time, excluding weekends and select holidays. Processing and shipping times may vary, depending where your item is shipped to and the chosen delivery option. Please keep in mind that during holidays, sitewide sales, or product restocks, your order processing time may increase. ORDER STATUS / WHERE’S MY ORDER

You may check the status of your most recent order(s) by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Pevonia.com orders. This page is only available if you have an account. If you checked out as a guest your order may not be available via the order status page.

When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. This Order Status page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

You will also have the ability to cancel your entire order within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting Pevonia Customer Service by calling us toll free at 1-800-PEVONIA (1-800-738-6642) or emailing shop@pevonia.com.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing payment information.
• Cannot ship to address provided.
• A duplicate order was placed.
• Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact Pevonia Customer Service.

Please note that any modifications to your order, including changes to your shipping address or payment method, must be made by cancelling your original order and placing a new order with the updated information and is subject to inventory availability at the time of the new order. Offers that were available on your original order may not be available when you place a new order, other offers may be available.

Important information:
For your security, the billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Pevonia.com purchase, you must return the unused portion of the product to us within 30 days of purchase and follow the below steps in order to receive a store credit:
• Email shop@Pevonia.com or call us at 1-800-PEVONIA (1-800-738-6642) to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please reference your original order and note the items that you wish to return and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with an RMA number (valid for 30 days from issue date).
• Pack the item along with the original order documents. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

For your protection and to ensure accurate and timely delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Only products purchased on Pevonia.com may be returned for store credit.

If the items received are damaged, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Decisions to discontinue or introduce a new product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Contact Pevonia Customer Service to assist you in finding a suitable alternative.

HOW DO I JOIN THE LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM? DOES IT COST ANYTHING?

In order to participate in the Pevonia Loyalty Rewards program, you must have a Pevonia.com account. If you do not have an account, you can create one by providing your name, email address, and creating a password. Once you have an account, you can access the Pevonia loyalty program in your account dashboard at https://www.pevonia.com/account.php. See program details at https://www.pevonia.com/rewards1/. There is no cost to join the rewards program.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN PEVONIA’S REWARD PROGRAM?

The Pevonia Loyalty Rewards program is available to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including AK & HI) and are at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address.

WHAT AM I AGREEING TO BY JOINING PEVONIA’S REWARDS PROGRAM?

By becoming a Pevonia Loyalty Rewards member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Program Terms & Conditions and by the terms of our Privacy Policy and by any changes or modifications we may make.

WHAT TERMS GOVERN PEVONIA’S REWARDS PROGRAM

HOW DOES PEVONIA LOYALTY WORK?

Pevonia Loyalty Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing Pevonia products and participating in certain brand experiences. It is a tier-based program determined by the amount of money spent within a single year on eligible purchases. Points are earned on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities beginning on the date when you enroll and make your first purchase. There are 4 tiers with associated benefits:
• Tier 1 Bronze $1 - $249
• Tier 2 Silver $250 - $499
• Tier 3 Gold $500 - $799
• Tier 4 Platinum $800+

When you create an account and make your first purchase you will be placed in Tier 1 (Bronze) and be eligible for all the benefits Tier 1 members receive. If you spend $250 in your first year, you’ll be moved up to Tier 2 (Silver). If you spend $500 or more in your first year, you’ll be moved up to Tier 3 (Gold). If you spend $800 or more in your first year, you’ll be moved up to Tier 4 (Platinum). Tier eligibility begins 30 days after you qualify for that tier.

Your status in a tier is good for the year in which you qualify for that tier and the following full year. After that, you’ll need to make qualifying purchases to remain in that tier each year. For example, if you qualify for Tier 2 (Silver) during your first year, you’ll maintain Silver status during your second year. But, if you spend less than $250 on eligible purchases during your second year, you’ll drop back down to Tier 1 (Bronze) status on your second anniversary date.

WHAT BENEFITS DO MEMBERS RECEIVE?

As a member, you earn points that determine your points benefits plus tier levels and tier benefits.

Points Benefits: Starting at $250, you are eligible to redeem some or all your points for rewards. Please login to your Pevonia account to see the latest reward offerings. Reward offerings are subject to availability and must be redeemed with a purchase on www.pevonia.com. These rewards are based on the total qualifying purchases you have made in a single year as listed below. You may redeem one reward per transaction on www.pevonia.com based on your available points. You must redeem your available points prior to your anniversary date, or the available rewards will expire. On your anniversary date, your points reset to zero (0) and you start accumulating new points and earning new rewards.

Tier Benefits: Certain benefits are based on tier level achieved and you are eligible for these benefits while you are in that tier regardless of the number of points you currently have. Tier benefits can only be redeemed on www.pevonia.com. On your anniversary date, even though your points reset to zero, your initial tier status for the year is determined by the amount spent on qualifying purchases made in the prior year.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

To earn points, you must be logged into your account when you make a purchase. If you are not a member of Pevonia Rewards at the time of purchase, you must create an account at https://www.pevonia.com/login.php?action=create_account before your purchase and be logged in to that account in order to be eligible to earn points on that purchase. Points cannot be received for purchases made through Guest Checkout. Bronze, Silver, & Gold Pevonia Rewards members receive 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases and Platinum Pevonia Rewards members receive 2 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases on www.pevonia.com. Eligible purchases include regular priced merchandise and exclude sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time.

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE, BUT NO POINTS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT YET. IS SOMETHING WRONG?

WHY HAVE MY POINTS DISAPPEARED?

When you redeem your points for rewards, the available points in your account will decrease based on the amount of points you redeemed.

Points are valid for one year from your Pevonia Rewards anniversary date. On your anniversary date each year, your points reset to zero (0) and you start accumulating new points.

On your anniversary date, even though your points reset to zero (0), your tier status is determined by the amount spent on qualifying purchases in the prior year.

WHAT IS MY PEVONIA LOYALTY ANNIVERSARY DATE, AND WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

This is the anniversary of the date when you enrolled in the Pevonia Loyalty Rewards program if you joined after November 16th, 2020 and occurs on a 12-month cycle. For example, if you joined Pevonia on January 1st, 2021, your anniversary date would be January 1st, 2022, and every 1st of January each year following. Existing accounts anniversary will be November 16th.

Your anniversary date is shown in your Pevonia Loyalty Rewards account.

WHY IS MY CURRENT TIER STATUS NOT REFLECTED BY MY CURRENT POINTS?

In year one of your Pevonia membership, your tier status is determined by the amount spent on qualifying purchases during that first year. After year one on your anniversary date, your points reset to zero, and you can start earning points benefits again. While your points decrease when you redeem them for points benefits and reset each year on your anniversary date, your tier status for the year is determined by the amount spent on qualifying purchases during the prior year of membership, and you are eligible for those tier benefits regardless of the number of points you have.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ACCOUNT STATUS AND TRACK MY POINTS AND LEVEL ONLINE?

You can check your Pevonia account status by visiting your account at https://www.pevonia.com/account.php where you can track your current points, loyalty rewards level and available benefits. All points are pending until your order ships, at which time they are added to your account and may be redeemed for qualifying rewards. Keep in mind that it may take up to 24-48 hours from the time your order ships for points to appear in your account.

I RECEIVED SHIPPING CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER. WHY HAVEN'T MY POINTS APPEARED IN MY ACCOUNT YET?

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PEVONIA BENEFITS AND/OR POINTS IF I RETURN A PRODUCT OR IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED?

Any product that is returned or any order that is cancelled will reverse the points you received from that purchase. You will remain in your tier before the purchase. If it is found that an order is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates the Pevonia Loyalty Terms & Conditions, those points and your tier status, if applicable, will also be reversed.

HOW DO I GET MY BENEFITS?

Your Pevonia loyalty offers and rewards can be redeemed on www.pevonia.com at checkout with your purchase when you are logged into your account. You will find your eligible offers and rewards (with offer codes if applicable) listed in your personal account at https://www.pevonia.com/account.php. You may redeem one reward per transaction on www.pevonia.com based on your earned points. Details on event rewards will be provided for each event.

Rewards can only be redeemed when making a purchase on www.pevonia.com.You must be logged in to your Pevonia account to accrue and use your benefits.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY GIFT POINTS?

Once you create your Pevonia account you are automatically awarded your birthday points on your birthday according to the tier you are in at that time. This is our way of celebrating YOU on your very special day. Your birthday points can be applied at any time to any applicable program reward during your one-year membership (from date of joining). The total number of birthday points per loyalty tier is as follows:
• Tier 1 Bronze Level Birthday Reward = 50 points
• Tier 2 Silver Level Birthday Reward = 100 points
• Tier 3 Gold Level Birthday Reward = 150 points
• Tier 4 Platinum Level Birthday Reward = 200 points

HOW DO I GET MY FREE PRODUCTS?

Starting at 500 points, you are eligible to redeem your points for a free product and at 600 points you are eligible to redeem your points for a Free Full-Size product with any purchase on www.pevonia.com. You may redeem one reward per transaction on www.pevonia.com based on your earned points. Product rewards are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product, or a monetary refund.

HOW DO I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING ON PEVONIA.COM

Free Standard Shipping for orders of $75+ is offered to all customers in the contiguous US (excludes AK & HI). You must select “Free” shipping at checkout and be logged into your Pevonia account. This is a sitewide benefit applicable for all customers.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I RECEIVED AS A FREE REWARD FROM PEVONIA OR EXCHANGE IT FOR MONEY?

No. Full size products received as a reward or other products received using redemption points from the program, cannot be returned or exchanged for money or any other products or points.

DO MY POINTS AND POINT BENEFITS EXPIRE?

Yes. Points expire on your anniversary date, at which time they reset to zero (0). You must redeem your available points before your anniversary date, or your eligible points benefits, and product rewards will expire on your anniversary date each year.

DO MY TIER STATUS AND TIER BENEFITS EXPIRE?

Tier benefits are valid for as long as you are in a specific tier. If you move down a tier, your benefits change accordingly.

DOES MY PEVONIA LOYALTY REWARDS MEMBERSHIP EVER EXPIRE?

No. Your membership does not expire as long as you have an active account on pevonia.com.

CAN THE PEVONIA LOYALTY PROGRAM BE TERMINATED?

Yes. Pevonia may, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the Pevonia Loyalty Rewards Program or any aspect or feature of this loyalty program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points and benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated points and benefits.

Pevonia, at its sole discretion, can terminate any member for any reason including, but not limited to, any failure to comply with the Pevonia Terms & Conditions and/or our website Terms & Conditions.

HOW DO I UPDATE, MODIFY OR WITHDRAW MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

You can update your information by visiting your account online. You have the right to access your personal information and the right to correct and/or update your personal information within your account. For more information, see the Pevonia Terms & Conditions and Pevonia Privacy Policy.

WHAT DO I DO IF I BELIEVE THAT A PURCHASE OR OTHER PEVONIA ACTIVITY WAS NOT PROPERLY CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT?

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

You can reset your password on www.pevonia.com by selecting ‘Forgot My Password’ at the login page.

MAY I SHARE MY ACCOUNT AND/OR PEVONIA POINTS AND BENEFITS WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

No. Neither accounts nor Pevonia points and benefits may be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate points and benefits.

DO MY POINTS AND BENEFITS HAVE ANY CASH VALUE?

No. Points and benefits earned through Pevonia Loyalty Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights to the points and benefits. Products received as a Pevonia reward cannot be returned or exchanged for money or for any other products or points.

CAN MY PEVONIA BENEFITS EVER CHANGE?

Yes. We reserve the right to change, without notice, Pevonia Loyalty Rewards benefits, how you achieve each Pevonia loyalty reward tier, how you earn points and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Pevonia activity.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS ON THE NUMBER OF PURCHASES OR ACTIVITIES THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PEVONIA POINTS & BENEFITS?

We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for Pevonia Loyalty Rewards and/or for points and benefits, in any given time period or for the duration of Pevonia Loyalty Rewards, and/or any combination thereof.

ARE THERE LIMITATIONS ON THE NUMBER OR TYPES OF BENEFITS I MAY RECEIVE/ EARN IN ANY LEVEL OR ANY NUMBER/ LEVEL OF POINTS?

We reserve the right to place limits on the number or types of benefits you may receive or earn in any given tier or at any given point level, in a given time period or for the duration of Pevonia Loyalty Rewards, and/or any combination thereof.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY PEVONIA COMMUNICATIONS?

You can opt out of receiving Pevonia or Pevonia Loyalty Rewards emails at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of each email communication. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on managing your email preferences. Pevonia emails provide you with news on the latest looks, launches, tips, trends, offers and more. If you opt-out of Pevonia Loyalty Rewards related emails, you will no longer receive emails regarding your Pevonia Loyalty Rewards status or the program benefits or rewards that may be available to you.

Increased Safeguard Measures

In an effort to avoid the potential spread of COVID-19, Pevonia International took quick and serious measures to further safeguard our employees, our customers, and our products:
• Exempting employees from reporting to work if symptomatic or have symptomatic household/close-proximity family members
• Increased sanitizing by maintenance across all buildings/departments
• Sterilizing stations/sanitizing products are readily available to all employees across all buildings/departments
• All employees are required to undergo a temperature check upon arrival, to practice social distancing, and to follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines
• Limited employee travel – all non-essential travel has been canceled at this time
• Close monitoring of employee health/visible symptoms by department heads and leadership
• Ongoing employee communication regarding CDC COVID-19 prevention recommendations
• Increased monitoring of already stringent quality control guidelines in place during the product formulating, filling, and packaging process
• Employees at our proprietary laboratory and headquarters provided medical-grade face masks and surgical gloves
